Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

what! what was i wrong about! i said her picture was deep, it was beautiful and full of raw emotions, spilling out of my computer screen, oozing into the spaces of my keyboard, frying my hard drive and gumming up the touch pad. her picture brought tears to my eyes and converted me to every religion, ever, instantly. her art, her art! i think i can safely say i saw beyond the picture, beyond the lens and the shadows. i saw into the very soul of that portrait. i saw the color in and otherwise colorless picture. i believe it speaks volumes about our world today; you can see brightness, happiness, goodness in the entire world, if only you look with eyes willing to seek the color that lies beyond pale shades of grays and blacks.
also, a child was immaculately conceived within me after looking at her beautiful art.
